巴黎酒店 (Paris Hotel)

Номер не большой, но удобный. Чистый. Уборка каждый день. Чайник и холодильник в номере имеется.

房間比較小，但乾淨。前台服務不錯，每次出門可以把鑰匙放在前台。酒店位置在zone2，但周邊公交地鐵也方便，吃飯也方便，晚上睡覺很安靜。我訂得早，去了後才發現可以更便宜一些。

L’hôtel était bien situé dans un lieu calme, le personnel était très accueillant et a l’écoute.

Just say NO to *****  I went to check into this hotel and as soon as I walked in the lobby I was overwhelmed by the strong smell of ********* that was coming from the direction of the rooms and other  guests walking by.  I immediately got a headache  from the skunk stench.  I told the receptionist this was unacceptable for me and I did not feel comfortable staying and being around that type of environment or clientele.  The receptionist she said she smelled smoke too, but couldn’t say it was  ********* , see my attached translation to her , all while non-smoking signs are posted throughout the lobby. She said there was nothing she could do and  she couldn’t issue a refund. I declined to check in  or even bother looking at the rooms as  this was clear foreshadowing of what my experience would further be.  I made my reservation through 訂房網站, who tried to get me a refund, but the management of this property would not allow it . Trip then gave me 2300  訂房網站 points to compensate  for the  160 euros I lost on the reservation and my negative experience. 訂房網站 representatives were amazing and tried to help resolve the issue on my behalf . Thank you 訂房網站 !  I wrote this same  review  on Google Maps  and the owner of the property called me a liar , and said I never was a guest at the hotel, which is a LIE! See their attached screenshot . I think this speaks  volumes to what type of establishment and management you’d be dealing with if you stay here . A simple apology and a refund would have fixed the problem , basic hospitality 101.  I then was inconvenience to find other accommodations , I went to  L'imprimerie hôtel in Clichy which was amazing and a great experience. 4 stars!  C’est la vie!
